Message from the CEO

At first glance, any company comprising thousands of employees and doing business in more than 100 countries around the world may appear diverse by definition. But look closer. We have proactive geographic councils whose leadership spans gender, ethnicity and cultures and who are champions of diversity. They have identified those priorities relating and relevant to the local cultures and, in doing so, have paved the way for an inclusive environment that harnesses the potential of all of our employees.
