Henkel Selects Unisys to Provide End-user Services

Henkel AG & Co. KGaA, a global manufacturer of industrial, personal and household products has awarded Unisys a contract for information technology (IT) outsourcing services. Through this five-year IT outsourcing program, Unisys will assist Henkel in reducing costs and increasing service delivery quality, while supporting its growth objectives.

WHTI and Unisys – A Successful Partnership

Government Computer News announced that the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative (WHTI) is the recipient one of the annual GCN Awards, which recognizes successful federal government IT programs. Unisys was selected as the prime contract for two elements of the project: a license plate reader system and RFID readers and deployment of the system at the ports of entry.

Unisys and City of Minneapolis Win Outsourcing Excellence Award for Best Partnership

Unisys and the city of Minneapolis have won the 13th Annual Outsourcing Center Outsourcing Excellence Award for Best Partnership. The award recognizes a working relationship where "both parties adopted a partnering approach at the outset and continually operate from this approach. They communicate openly, honestly, and proactively."

Queensland Transport Chooses Unisys Facial Imaging Solution for Australia's First Biometric Drivers License

Queensland Transport has selected Unisys Australia to provide facial image processing technology and case management solution for Queensland's new digital driver license. The digital license is designed to significantly improve security for over three million of the state's license holders, streamline administration of the licensing system, and reduce identity fraud.
