Unisys triumphs at the 2023 ECCCS Awards for the second consecutive year

Unisys prevailed at the 2023 European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards (ECCCSAs), securing notable accolades in two key categories. Its Digital Workplace Solutions (DWS) global service delivery team claimed the Silver Award for "Outsourced Contact Center of the Year" and the Bronze Award for "Best Customer Experience (Large Team)."
In a highly competitive market where customer engagement is essential, Unisys shined as an ECCCSA finalist in three significant award categories, including "Best Customer Experience (Large Team)," "Best Multilingual Customer Service" and "Outsourced Contact Centre of the Year."
Notably, ECCCSA honored Unisys with the Silver Award for "Best Customer Experience" in 2022 for its proactive approach to fostering workforce efficiency, delivering personalized technology services and continually enhancing the end-user experience in technology service delivery. Unisys was also a 2022 finalist in the categories of "Outsourced Contact Center of the Year" and "Most Effective Application of Technology (CX)."
