Darko Todorovic serves as the Director of Global Travel and Transportation Solutions, AirCore®. In this capacity, he is involved in extensive client advisory activities, creation of new industry solutions and execution of the company’s strategic vision for travel and transportation business.
He has more than 20 years of multi-faceted experience in the airline industry. Combining technical and airline business knowledge, Darko has successfully advised his clients on distribution strategies (including phased NDC implementation), availability and revenue management optimization, digital business enablement and various passenger services modernization phasing. The list of customers includes full service network carriers, low cost carriers and airlines contemplating hybrid business models.
Darko is responsible for identifying social, mobile, analytics and cloud benefits to the travel and transportation business, bringing digital transformation solutions to the travel industry. He oversees the creation of digital platforms that deliver personalization and improvement of customer experience throughout all phases of travel, including customer-centric disruption management by airlines and airports. Darko focuses on digital solutions that remove the barriers within the travel ecosystem, increasing operational efficiencies of both network and low cost carriers.
In his previous roles, Darko was in charge of services delivery to airline clients. He oversaw operations, expansion, development and maintenance of a multi-host passenger services platform for a large network carrier and their associated airline clients. Darko played an active role in conceiving and delivering industry firsts for his clients.
Darko hold B.S. degree in electrical engineering and digital telecommunications from the University of Belgrade.
