David Brown is the vice president, chief accounting officer and corporate controller at Unisys. He is responsible for the company’s accounting operations and financial reporting, as well as ensuring the integrity of financial data and compliance with GAAP and SEC requirements.
David has more than two decades of experience in finance, with responsibilities that have spanned external reporting, technical accounting, strategic transactions, internal controls and tax. Most recently, he served as a vice president and the corporate controller at FXI, Inc., a private equity-owned specialty manufacturer.
Prior to FXI, David held senior finance positions at DuPont, where he spent more than a decade, and began his career in EY’s assurance practice. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated leadership, exceptional financial acumen and the ability to position people and processes as key drivers for organizational success.
A graduate of Muhlenberg College, David holds a B.A. in accounting and economics and is a certified public accountant.
