Vivek Gupta serves as global vice president of application services for Enterprise Computing Solutions at Unisys. Vivek joined Unisys in November 2021, and his primary focus is to drive value for our clients via innovation and new emerging technologies. At Unisys, Vivek has led his team to create and execute the modernization strategy Unisys follows to help organizations modernize their ecosystem.
Before Unisys, Vivek headed innovation products and engineering at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he focused on technologies, such as mainframe, open-source technologies and the cloud. He led numerous multi-year initiatives to make the bank client-centric. Earlier in his career, Vivek held various roles, including director at Information Resources Inc. and a software developer at a start-up.
Vivek has a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology, Pune, India, and a master’s degree in software engineering from DePaul University in Chicago. He has also published a book called “Project Management Starter Kit for Developers.”
